In 2023 and 2024, I led technical production and digital strategy for MozFest House in Nairobi, Amsterdam, and Lusaka — events that brought community voices together across continents.

Each city came with its own challenges: from unreliable internet and power outages to tight timelines and unpredictable venues. I was responsible for designing and delivering livestream setups, managing technical infrastructure, and shaping the digital experience — ensuring everything from stage to stream ran smoothly.

Beyond just keeping things online, I helped reimagine how hybrid gatherings can feel human — making sure remote participants weren’t just watching, but part of the moment. Through creative problem-solving, a solid backup plan (or three), and close collaboration with local teams, we turned logistical hurdles into moments of real connection.
