In early 2017, I led livestream production for easyJet’s Feel Cote d’Azur campaign — a one-take, one-camera broadcast streamed live on Facebook as a key part of their digital engagement strategy.

Working alongside VCCP and The Department, I managed the full production process — from technical setup and crew hiring to budget management and supplier coordination. Everything had to come together seamlessly to deliver a polished live moment that matched the energy and ambition of the wider campaign.

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring stable connectivity and infrastructure in a live outdoor setting, where we had one shot to get it right. With no room for error, I designed a workflow that balanced creative direction with robust technical delivery — all while keeping post-production tight and turnaround quick.
